I'm Nicholas O'Sullivan, usually Nick. I provide IT and cyber security consulting through Suburban Australia and its specialist service, Suburban Secure. I help small businesses, charities, churches and schools understand their technology, decide what needs attention and plan improvements they can maintain.

Cyber security and Microsoft 365 reviews
Review identity and administrator access, email security, cloud settings, endpoint management and backup arrangements. Identify practical improvements and put them in an order your organisation can act on.
Network and infrastructure advice
Assess Wi-Fi, networks, servers, virtualisation and device management. Plan upgrades and improvements around the way your organisation works, the equipment you have and the budget available.
Technology planning and project support
Turn a technology problem into a clear scope, priorities and next steps. Get help with systems integration, procurement decisions, vendor coordination, documentation and project delivery.
