What a useful review should give you

A review should help you decide what to do next. That means understanding which systems and information matter, who can access them, how recovery would work and which improvements deserve attention first. The scope might be one Microsoft 365 tenant, a network proposal or a broader technology plan; we agree that before work starts.

Can you work with our existing IT provider?

Yes. An independent review or second opinion can give your internal team or existing provider a clearer set of priorities. We agree responsibilities and access as part of the scope.

Do you work outside Townsville?

I’m based in Townsville and welcome enquiries from North Queensland. The location, systems involved and need for on-site work determine what is practical. My research and writing also cover other parts of regional Queensland.

Is this an emergency incident response service?

Consulting enquiries and scheduled reviews are the purpose of this page. For an active incident, use ASD’s reporting and assistance channels and your established incident response contacts.
